Meet creates immersive experiences that capture the essence of the brand. For Jo Malone London TR EMEA, this meant translating their refined aesthetic and commitment to personalisation, into a seamless, high-impact, stylist conference that celebrated artistry, education, and brand storytelling.

JML approached Meet with a brief to host a stylist conference that would unite over 200 consultants and field team members from EMEA, while embodying the brand’s luxury identity.


The challenge lay in coordinating a multi-day event abroad, managing logistics for VIPs and international teams, ensuring every touchpoint - from embroidered towels to branded stationery - reflected the brand’s elevated standards.

Inspired by Jo Malone’s signature elegance and minimalist design language, Meet curated a bespoke experience at the Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy. Every element was tailored: personalised notebooks and towels, branded pens and lanyards, and a human cutout in the shape of the iconic JML box. Working closely with suppliers, we ensured visual consistency across printed assets, menus, and décor. Team activities at The Grand Bazaar added a local cultural touch, enhancing the overall experience.
